Mackenzy McAbee and Kate Schutz I’m doing a swirl dragon that has a swirl and when it breathes fire it makes you fall asleep. When it goes away, it shoots ink out so you don’t see it fly away. It has a fierce bite that when it bites you, you get poisoned.

Kate Schutz had a vision in mind as she started painting her dragon.
She said it was a fire-breathing dragon with swirls on it. When it breathes fire, it makes people go to sleep. Then it will shoot ink at someone so people don't see it fly away. When it bites someone, that person is poisoned.
Schutz, along with dozens of other campers, used metallic paint to make their dragons during SOBO Art Gallery's art camp Tuesday, July 8.
The campers worked on various projects using different mediums. While painting their dragons, campers also took turns working on marble art.
