HCA Florida Healthcare is celebrating the opening of its new Winter Garden ER in grand fashion this weekend.

Grab a cape and come with the family to celebrate the end of summer with the new superhero ER doctors and nurses at HCA Florida West Orange Emergency.

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at HCA Florida West Orange Emergency, 1320 Daniels Road, Winter Garden.

Kids: Bring your favorite toy for a toy exam, get your photo with superheroes, and experience sweet treats and heroic fun.

Tours of the freestanding emergency room will be available, and attendees also will be able to meet staff.

HCA Florida West Orange Emergency is a 24/7 full-service, state-of-the-art emergency room with board-certified emergency medicine physicians, nurses and health care professionals. This $16 million emergency room has 10 emergency exam rooms, CT scan, digital X-ray, ultrasound and on-site laboratory services.

It will be capable of caring for all ages in the Winter Garden, Ocoee, Horizon West areas and nearby communities.
