One Day Masterpieces, an Orlando-based custom signage company with more than 35 years in the industry, has acquired Express Signs, a 25-year-old sign manufacturer based in Ocoee.

The merger, announced in a May 1 press release, brings together two of Central Florida’s most established signage firms. Company officials said the move will enhance customer service, improve turnaround times and expand production capabilities.

“This partnership has been years in the making,” Kevin Prillaman, owner of One Day Masterpieces, said in the release. “We’ve worked alongside the Express Signs team on countless projects, and there’s a deep mutual respect for the quality they bring to the table.”

Operations will consolidate in the coming months into Express Signs’ 15,000-square-foot production facility in Ocoee. According to the release, the move is expected to streamline workflows and support long-term growth.

“I am very excited about the prospect of the combination of two 25-plus-year-old, highly respected sign manufacturers right here in Ocoee,” Mayor Rusty Johnson said. “I can’t imagine a better asset to have for our vibrant business community.”

The newly combined company plans to build on its shared legacy of craftsmanship, creativity and customer service while continuing to serve clients across Florida and the Southeast.
