The home at 12151 Walker Pond Road, Winter Garden, sold Nov. 12, for $2,835,000. Built in 1984, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,993 square feet of living area. Days on market: 54. The sellers were represented by Simon Simaan, Simon Simaan Group.

The home at 1134 Harbor Hill St., Winter Garden, sold Nov. 12, for $511,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,754 square feet of living area. Days on market: 461.

The home at 139 Faulkner St., Winter Garden, sold Nov. 14, for $560,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five.
