The home at 4108 Downeast Lane, Windermere, sold Sept. 29, for $1,650,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,150 square feet of living area. Days on market: 207. The sellers were represented by Padgett McCormick, Kelly Price and Company LLC.
