The home at 8475 Eagles Loop Circle, Windermere, sold Sept. 11, for $1,475,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 3,983 square feet of living area. Days on market: 81. The sellers were represented by Emily Lewis, Lakeside Realty Windermere Inc.
