An Isleworth mansion topped all Windermere-area residential real-estate transactions from March 23 to 29.

The home at 6474 Deacon Circle, Windermere, sold March 25, for $4,475,000. Built in 1989, it has six bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths and 5,853 square feet of living area.
