Horizon High boys volleyball team wins 2026 Metro Championship

The Hawks earned the program's first Metro Champions title by topped Freedom 3-0 Thursday, April 9.

Horizon High boys volleyball team celebrated winning the 2026 Metro Championship by defeating Freedom High 3-0 Thursday, April 6. 

The Hawks won the title for the first time in program history. The team topped West Orange 3-0 Tuesday, April 7, which earned Horizon the Metro West Championship title for the third year in program history. 

Horizon holds a 19-3 record, 3-0 and first place in Class 3A District 5, and a No. 9 ranking in Florida. The team's next game will be against Celebration High Tuesday, April 14.
