Horizon High flag football player signs to Manhattan University

Wide receiver/defensive back Bailey Travis will play at the next level.

Horizon High flag football player Bailey Travis signed her commitment to continue her academic and athletic careers at Manhattan University. 

Travis, a wide receiver and defensive back who graduated in the Class of 2026, recorded 14 total touchdowns her senior year, averaging 41.4 yards per game on 70 receptions. She also played on the Hawks' girls basketball team, and there she averaged 11.5 points and 1.4 assists per game. 

Manhattan University announced the addition of the women's flag football team in January 2026, beginning its first season in the fall of 2026.
