A Keene’s Pointe home topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Jan. 26 to Feb. 1.

The home at 11318 Fenimore Court, Windermere, sold Jan. 30, for $1,185,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,523 square feet of living area. Days on market: 63. The sellers were represented by Simone Esteves, FSM Realty Investments.
