The home at 11738 Camden Park Drive, Windermere, sold Feb. 3, for $1,035,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,635 square feet of living area. Days on market: 15. The sellers were represented by Sherri Palmer, EXP Realty LLC.
