The home at 7578 Purple Finch St., Winter Garden, sold Feb. 17, for $900,000. Built in 2016, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,975 square feet of living area. Days on market: 63. The sellers were represented by Nicholas Leloudis, Lakeside Realty Windermere Inc.
