Lake Buena Vista welcomes new head football coach

Shawn Holmes will take over the head coach role of Lake Buena Vista's football team.

Lake Buena Vista has added a new name to its football roster.

Shawn Holmes was announced as the new head coach of the football team Wednesday, Feb. 25. Holmes comes to LBV from Bronson High School where he worked as the head coach for two seasons. In his two-year stint, Bronson produced a 0-21 record.

The school is hosting a meet and greet in the gym from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28. LBV is welcoming all to come and meet Holmes, and refreshments will be served.
