If you’re looking to add some healthy habits into your life for the new year, the Windermere Branch Library has you covered.

The library will host a Qigong Movement and Breathing class at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at the library, 530 Main St., Windermere.

Embark on a transformative journey with Jasmine Win, a modern qigong instructor, and discover the ancient practice of qigong.

Using the five elements of life — water, wood, fire, earth, and metal — you'll experience an empowering and uplifting shift, taking control of your health and well-being.

In Win’s classes, you will learn at your own pace and ability, using gentle movements and mindful breathing to balance your energy. This will facilitate profound healing and transformation in your mind, body, and spirit.

Benefits of this practice include improved mobility, increased flexibility, stress reduction and cultivated vitality.

All levels are welcome.
