The town of Oakland and the Healthy West Orange Arts and Heritage Center will present the town’s annual outdoor festival later this month.

The 26th annual Heritage Day Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Speer Park, 331 N. Tubb St., Oakland.

Heritage Day is an annual festival that features live music, food trucks, artisanal crafts, shopping vendors and an interactive demonstration with animal ambassadors from the Oakland Nature Preserve.

This year’s event kicks off with a 5K, presented by Healthy West Orange.

Guests are also invited to attend the opening of the Healthy West Orange Arts and Heritage Center’s next exhibit — Black History Tribute: Celebrating Art and Icons Changing America.

This event is made possible by the town of Oakland, Healthy West Orange, the Healthy West Orange Arts & Heritage Center; Orange Blossom Market Co.; Oakland Nature Preserve; and Atlas Injury to Health Chiropractic.
