The home at 626 Palio Court, Ocoee, sold Jan. 21, for $645,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,503 square feet of living area. Days on market: 18. The sellers were represented by Melissa Gonzalez, LPT Realty LLC.
