Carol Grosshans steps into new role at Foundation Academy

Former Interim President Carol Grosshans is stepping into the part-time role of senior advisor for leadership and culture to continue fostering a Christ-centered culture.

Foundation Academy announced its former Interim President Carol Grosshans will continue at the academy as she steps into a new part-time role. 

Grosshans now will be the school's senior advisor for leadership and culture, bringing years of expertise and leadership. 

According to the academy's announcement, Grosshans will help support leadership development, strengthen communication, assist in conflict resolution and continue cultivating the Christ-centered culture. 

"Her heart for the people and deep understanding of our mission make her uniquely equipped to encourage and support our community in this important role," Foundation Academy officials said in the announcement. "...We are thankful for her continued commitment to Foundation Academy and look forward to the impact she will make in this new role."
