Get ready to be served by officers, but not papers!

The Ocoee Police Department will host its annual Tip-A-Cop event from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, at Ocoee's Texas Roadhouse, located at 1150 Blackwood Ave., Ocoee.

This Tip-A-Cop event will have Ocoee's law enforcement officers serving food, seating guests and collecting donations to support Special Olympics' athletes from the community.

"Join the Ocoee Police Department as we trade our patrol cars for serving trays..." the department posted on Facebook.

This event is considered one of the department's favorite events of the year.
