There were small festival rides in the street for children to enjoy.
Ocoee's DG Doughnuts extended its hours to serve the guests of the block party. The employees decorated themselves in their best shades of green.
Devin, Jace, Harlow and Becca Hite played Jenga together and watched the festivities in the street.
The owners of Pelican's Snoballs, Paul and Robin Bedford, will celebrate the Ocoee location's four-year anniversary in April.
Even aliens were sighted at the block party in their natural green shade.
The streets of downtown Ocoee transformed into a community gathering place for Ocoee’s St. Patrick’s Day Block Party Friday, March 13.
Neighbors came together adorned in their best green attire to enjoy each other’s company as well as live music, a performance from Ocoee’s very own Watters School of Irish Dancing, local food and beverages from Toll Road Brewing. There also were small fair rides, bounce houses, and arts and crafts for the little ones to enjoy.
