CFX to close State Road 429 ramp for two nights

The southbound S.R. 429 ramp to Schofield Road will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2.

As Central Florida Expressway Authority continues to work on the new State Road 516, the ramp from southbound State Road 429 to Schofield Road will be closed.

The closure will be in effect from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2.

Drivers will be directed to exit at New Independence Parkway and then travel south on Avalon Road to Schofield Road.

Work could be delayed or prolonged due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
