The town of Windermere is undergoing a variety of road projects this week.

According to the town's Facebook, Bessie Street, East Boulevard, 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue may experience temporary daytime lane closures as crews perform miscellaneous activities at these various locations, including concrete work and road and right-of-way grading.

These activities are expected to take place from Monday, March 30, to Friday, April 3.

Magnolia Street and 3rd Avenue also might experience daytime closures on certain days of the week as crews form and pour a concrete weir in the retention area, relocate a water service line and complete the storm pipe after water services are relocated.

Crews also will be working in Fernwood Park and possibly some areas along Butler Street and 7th Avenue.

Crews will be grading a swale in Fernwood Park and will continue on swales and road shoulders along Butler Street, Forest Street and 7th Avenue.

Daytime closures on Butler Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue might take place, as well as on 7th Avenue between Forest Street and Butler Street.

Workers also will be repairing concrete and paver driveways, as well as grading dirt behind the curb where needed at W. 2nd Avenue.

On Tuesday, March 31, full road closure from 801 W. 2nd Ave. to the cul-de-sac from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Paving also will continue on Wednesday, April 1.
