The Blake senior living community opens in Hamlin

The long-anticipated senior living community in Hamlin opened its doors earlier this month. 

On Monday, Jan. 3, The Blake at Hamlin welcomed its first residents into the new doors. 

"We have been preparing for this moment for so long and what a wonderful way to kick off the new year," The Blake at Hamlin said. 

The Blake is a leader in senior living and has locations across the United States including areas such as Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. 

The community provides top-quality assisted living and memory care services for older adults, according to The Blake's website. 

The senior living facility is located in the master-planned Horizon West Community of Winter Garden and is in close proximity to Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital
