The past two weekends have seen quite a bit of action on the diamond as local Little Leaguers have participated in their respective District 14 Tournaments (Majors, Juniors and Seniors) and Sectionals, with the District 14 winner competing in the Section 5 Tournament.
Winter Garden represented District 14 in the Majors (12-and-under) Section 5 Tournament, while Windermere's Juniors and Seniors both won the district. The Section 5 Tournaments were held this past weekend, with the Majors playing their games at Dr. Phillips Little League and the Juniors and Seniors competing at Ocoee's Sorenson Field.
