Tastefully Goldenrod, presented by the Goldenrod Chamber of Commerce, is coming back to town June 6 offering food, drinks and a festive atmosphere all built around a charity auction. It’s from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Social Hall, located a 5300 Old Howell Branch Road in Winter Park. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children age 10 and younger. Enjoy a day of fun by the pool at the Orlando JCC’s Summer Sundays: Summer Splash from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at their Maitland campus on Sunday, June 8. The JCC will supply lunch, music and themed swim games for the whole family. There’s no cost for JCC members and its $5 for non-members. On Thursday, June 12, at 8 p.m. come out for Popcorn Flicks in the Park featuring a childhood favorite “Toy Story.” Popcorn Flicks, a popular film series that features classic films for the whole family, is presented by Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency and produced by Enzian Theater. Moviegoers can bring blanket and a picnic or snacks to downtown Central Park while enjoying a great movie in the park with family and friends. Plus, there is free popcorn for everyone!
