CFCA's Brenyo to play in college
The Sunshine State Athletic Conference's 2014 Florida Bowl saw two area programs represented during the day's four games.
CFCA finished its breakout season with a thrilling 31-30 loss to Seffner Christian Academy in the third place game. The Eagles (8-3) played well even without standout freshman quarterback Gehrig Chambless.
In the 2014 SSAC Championship Game, senior running back Chris Granjean had five touchdowns in leading the Windermere Prep Lakers to a big 48-19 win over Orlando Christian Prep.
The Lakers finished 2014 with a perfect 10-0 record.
