WINTER GARDEN — The soggy weather kept away Saturday morning, allowing the Winter Garden Squeeze and Winter Garden Little League to partner to host a "Dust Off the Rust" clinic at the little league's fields on Park Avenue.
Players were coached up by volunteers from the Squeeze, the Florida Collegiate Summer League, Lake Sumter Community College's baseball team and coaches and players from West Orange High School.
The young ballplayers got to focus on skills including fielding, baserunning, catching pop flies, pitching and hitting.
