This year, the town of Windermere hosted its 25th annual July 4 Pancake Breakfast in Town Hall. Each year, about 300 to 400 residents show up for freshly made pancakes. Around 30 residents volunteer, including town council members. Years ago, the breakfast started as a Rotary Club event and developed into a tradition.
