Fathers and daughters from Lake Whitney Elementary School spent the evening of Friday, Feb. 2, dancing and snacking and playing games at the school’s annual Daddy-Daughter Dance at Tanner Hall in Winter Garden.
The theme was Candy Land, and the venue was full of bright and colorful decorations, including floor mats resembling the popular Hasbro game board.
Snacks included cotton candy, sugar sticks and a sheet cake piled high with candies. A candy backdrop gave dads a chance to have a photo taken with their daughter.
