Hundreds of guests dressed up and headed to Walt Disney World Resort on Saturday, June 9, for an evening of dining, networking and raising money for education. The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County’s eighth annual “The First Five Years Gala” is its biggest fundraiser — in 2017, after a $15.67 federal match, the organization raised $2.2 million. ELCOC’s mission is to provide access to high-quality, developmentally appropriate care and education for local children. The gala was held at EPCOT’s World Showplace Pavilion, and guests enjoyed drinks, dinner, entertainment and more.
