October isn’t just prime time for fall festivals and pumpkin patches — it’s also the time for Oktoberfest celebrations. Crooked Can Brewing Company hosted a three-day Oktoberfest bash from Oct. 19 to 21 to celebrate, and it drew hundreds of locals and those from across Central Florida to enjoy good beer and good friends. Over the span of the weekend, festivities included a stein-holding contest, live music, special brews, dachshund races and a kid-friendly zone. This was the fourth year the brewery hosted the event.
