Windermere’s Parks and Recreation Department held its annual Halloween costume Parade and Hayride Saturday morning at the Windermere Town Hall. Parade attendees enjoyed cookies and punch followed by story time and a chance to join a hayride around downtown Windermere. Following the event, children were invited to go trick-or-treating at all the shops in downtown Windermere.
