The Oakland Nature Preserve announced in April it received a Challenge Match Grant for its environmental programs.

According to its announcement, if the preserve was able to raise $10,000 by Tuesday, June 30, it would also receive another $10,000, totaling $20,000.

Currently, the preserve has been able to raise more than required, totaling $10,520, or 105% of its goal.

"Wow, we are blown away by the support - we reached our goal a week early," the preserve posted to its website. "Thank you for your continued support of Oakland Nature Preserve!"
