Winter Garden cancels July 4 kids parade

This year’s All-American Kids Parade, an annual Fourth of July event sponsored by the Masonic Lodge and the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation, along with the city of Winter Garden, has been canceled for July 4. The pancake breakfast will not be held either.

“We appreciate the community’s support in fighting COVID-19, and with that said, it is best to skip the parade this year,” City Manager Mike Bollhoefer said. “It is a great parade for kids and families, so we are looking forward to next year’s.”
