Amid concerns over COVID-19, the Rotary Club of Winter Garden is looking to serve the community’s senior residents.

Seniors needing assistance with grocery shopping, medication pick-ups or other necessary errands they don’t feel safe doing due to the risk of exposure to COVID-19 are encouraged to call, Ralph DiSciullo, president of the Rotary Club of Winter Garden, to set a plan in motion. DiSciullo can be reached at 407-718-2223.

Gov. Ron DeSantis issued an executive order on Tuesday, March 24, directing the State Surgeon General and State Health Office to issue a public health advisory to all individuals ages 65 and over urging them to stay home and take other measures necessary to limit their rise of exposure to COVID-19.
