In their continued quest to create the perfect live/work/play community, developers in Hamlin announced their next major project.

To be called the Cash and Cavity Commons, this new, 300,000-square-foot walkable shopping district will feature only banks and dental offices.

“When we looked at the landscape of businesses in Hamlin and Horizon West, we saw a shortage of those two particular business categories,” said James Wardell, spokesman for Boid Development Corporation

The concept — to combine banking and dental — has not yet been done anywhere else in the world. Wardell said this project will become yet another boon for those searching for a perfect community for their families.

“Everyone needs money, and everyone needs teeth,” Wardell said. “When you think about it, it’s the perfect combination.”

Furthermore, tenants will be able to network among one another to create incentives to drive business. For example, customers will be able to link their bank accounts directly to their dentist of choice, eliminating the need to pay co-pays at the window. Similarly, banks will be able to offer new incentives, such as wealth-management products that include upgrades to silver, gold or even diamond grills when a customer reaches certain investment levels.

Construction on the project should begin before the end of 2021. Wardell said Boid already has signed several tenants to the project but declined to offer specifics at this time.

For a limited time, Boid is offering Dogecoin for anyone who signs up to receive updates regarding this project. To claim your Dogecoin, click here.
