Central Florida Christian Academy girls basketball team, No. 1 seed in its district

The Lady Eagles have earned a spot in post-season play qualifying as the No. 1 seed in the Class 2A District 7.

The Central Florida Christian Academy girls varsity basketball team has earned a spot in post-season play after qualifying as the No. 1 seed in Class 2A District 7. 

The Lady Eagles currently have a 17-5 overall record and a 1-0 district record after defeating East River 70-43 during a home, non-district, game Tuesday, Jan. 24.  

The team will host the next couple of games as its scheduled to play Bishop Moore at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 and Andrew Jackson at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28.
