Persimmon Hollow Brewing Co. is closing its doors in Horizon West.

Company representatives took to social media Sunday, Oct. 29, to announce the news.

"The only things we love more than beer here at Persimmon Hollow are our team members, guests and partners," the post reads. "We are sad to announce that we have made the difficult decision to close our location at Flamingo Crossings. We would like to thank our team, our guests, our landlord at Flamingo Crossings and all our vendors for accompanying us along the ride at this location."

Brewery leaders listed no direct reasoning for the closure, and no closing date has been confirmed.

The brewery hosted its grand opening event less than two years ago June 25, 2022, at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, 140 Sugar Belle Drive.

The business was known for its craft beer and a variety of food options.

The first location opened in 2014, and the company's beer can now be found in taps and on store shelves throughout Florida.

The Horizon West brewery was the third location.
