Dream Finders Homes will offer holiday pricing and a new product at the Hamlin Ridge and Hamlin Pointe communities.

The company will open up pre-construction sales of new homes on Friday, Nov. 24, in Hamlin Ridge and Hamlin Pointe in Horizon West.

Gerry Boeneman, Orlando division president for Dream Finders, said the organization has a new product line of single-family homes featuring rear-loading garages that are premiering in Hamlin Pointe.

Hamlin Pointe, a single-family home community, has fewer than 50 homesites from which prospective homebuyers can choose from.

Home sizes range from three-bedroom, two-bath plans to those with as many as six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some plans even include bonus rooms.

Hamlin Ridge, which has just under 100 homesites, will offer townhomes with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half or three bathrooms.

The two townhome models, known as Sage and Harbor, will be underway in the new year. The two currently are available for touring at the Rivington by Dream Finders Homes community, which is located off of U.S. 17-92 in DeBary.

“Homebuyers are sure to appreciate the location of both of these beautiful communities  located off Avalon Road in the Hamlin master-planned development with its own town center, parks and green spaces,” Boeneman said. “Any amenity you could ever ask for can be found in this sprawling community.”
