Light Up Winter Garden kicked off the holiday season Friday, Dec. 6, with its annual program that includes the telling of the story of Jesus’ birth, liturgical music selections and the beloved candle-lighting and tree-lighting ceremony.
After the ceremony, musical groups entertained the crowds, children and adults had a blast zipping down the ice slides, little ones visited with Santa Claus, vendors sold their holiday goodies and items, and folks stopped at the various photo opportunities for selfies and group pictures.
