Phillips Place reaches 100% occupancy with final lease closed

Phillips Place, an upscale, office/retail campus located in Dr. Phillips, has closed its final lease, filling the property to 100% occupancy.

The 56,000-square-foot center is located at 7575 Dr Phillips Blvd, Orlando.

The last available space was sold to Gustin Group LLC, an established sales and management firm, at the end of 2023.

The multi-year lease was completed by Darby Hold, senior director at Hold-Thyssen Inc., a full-service real estate services firm headquartered in Winter Park.

In addition to Gustin Group, tenants completing recent lease agreements include First Mover Finance, Patten Law, Real Asset Investors, A&P International and American Concept & Design.
