Hurricane Milton caused severe damages to Frutamix in Ocoee.

The shop shared images of the wreckage on its social media Oct. 11.

"Hurricane Milton has caused significant damage to our restaurant, and we are facing a challenging time," the post reads. 

The shop owners currently are in the process of evaluating the damages and taking necessary steps to file the appropriate claims.

Owners said they currently are not able to provide customers with a reopening date, but they are determined to come back stronger than ever.

"Your safety and wellbeing are are our top priority," the post continues. "In the coming days, we will keep you updated on the next steps and options to support you during this time. Thank you for you patience and understanding."

The owners ask also that customers support them at their other family-owed business, Fogata Street Tacos, which is located at 2222 Ocoee-Apopka Road, Ocoee.
