The city of Winter Garden’s Parks & Recreation Department hosted its annual Halloween Spooktacular Preschool Holiday Program Oct. 18 at the Jessie Brock Community Center.
Local preschoolers dressed in their favorite costumes for a morning filled with fall-themed carnival games, Halloween crafts and trick-or-treating.
The free event was open to children between the ages of 3 and 5, as well as their friends and family.
