Join Ocoee PD for annual picnic

The community is invited to enjoy free food, drinks, games and more at Vandergrift Central Park.

The Ocoee Police Department is inviting residents to its annual community picnic, taking place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2. The picnic will take place at Vandergrift Central Park, 560 Flewelling Ave., Ocoee.

The event features free food and beverages, as well as games, activities for all ages and a chance to meet and connect with local officers in the community.

Community Editor Amy Quesinberry Price was born at the old West Orange Memorial Hospital and raised in Winter Garden. Aside from earning her journalism degree from the University of Georgia, she hasn’t strayed too far from her hometown and her three-mile bubble.
