Winter Garden makes improvements to online bill paying

The new system for paying utility bills was initiated to streamline the process.

The city of Winter Garden has made improvements to the online utility payment option. The new program is designed to enhance the online payment experience on the city’s website and offers more user-friendly features for residents managing their utility accounts.

The program will provide faster processing, more flexible payment options and a modern interface. Customers now can register for their new online payment portal accounts; those currently enrolled in autopay or bank ACH payment will not be affected by the change.
