A new community is coming to Winter Garden soon

The Esplanade at McKinnon Groves will be finished in the beginning of the 2026 year.

A new community has broken ground in Winter Garden.

Coming early 2026, the Esplanade at McKinnon Groves will encompass resort-style amenities, like a pool and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, community garden, bar and more.

"It’s like living your dream vacation every day," the community's builder said in it's website.

It will be located at Marsh Road and Hartwood Marsh Road.
