Winter Garden to host Memorial Day Community Celebration 2025

The celebration takes place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 26, at Veterans Memorial Park, 420 S. Park Ave., Winter Garden.

Winter Garden will host its Memorial Day Community Celebration 2025 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 26, at Veterans Memorial Park, 420 S. Park Ave., Winter Garden. 

Presented by American Legion Post 63 and city of Winter Garden, the event includes a Roll Call of Veterans, placement of wreaths and patriotic songs to pay homage to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Guest speaker will be Ms. Veteran America 2024, Cassandra Guzman. Guzman is an Orlando-based U.S. Air Force veteran. She serviced in the Air Force for a decade and is a distinguished real-estate professional, interior designer, mentor, community volunteer and an unwavering advocate for veterans.
