Scouts BSA members Ayden Lopez-Puig, Lakelynn Lopez-Puig, Alexander Black, Owen Winebaum and Gabriel Black held the Armed Forces flags with pride before presenting them at the Memorial Day service at Oakland Cemetery.
Members of Scouts BSA and the Oakland Police Department presented the Armed Forces flags.

Members of Scouts BSA led the group that gathered at Oakland Cemetery as they walked around the cemetery to place flags at veterans' graves.
Owen Weinbaum with Pack 978 in Oakland took a moment to honor local veterans by placing a flag at the graves of veterans in Oakland Cemetery.
Cameron Ferguson with Troop 6 and his mother, Monica Ferguson, placed a flag at Joseph Hovsepian's grave. "It feels wonderful to do something to honor the veterans," Monica Ferguson said. "It's long overdue, and we're proud to be here."
Alex Selph with Pack 498 placed a flag with the help of his mother, Denise Goforth, at the grave of World War II veteran Hiram Norman.
Hiram Norman, a World War II veteran, was honored with a flag by his grave.
Each veteran buried in Oakland Cemetery was honored with an American flag being placed at the grave.
Matheus Quintella of Pack 429 in Horizon West quietly placed a flag by a veteran's grave.
Oakland's Andrea Huneycutt and Bryan Huneycutt took a moment to pay respects to veteran Julian Cravens Boyd. Andrea Huneycutt said she wanted to place a flag at his grave because they were both from Texas.
An American Flag was placed next to the grave of each local veteran buried in Oakland Cemetery, including Lonnie H. Lacy, who served in the Air Force.
Local veterans were honored at the service.
Members of the Oakland Police Department along with Scouts BSA troops and packs from Oakland, Horizon West, Winter Garden, Windermere, Ocoee and Orlando participated in the service.
Members of the Oakland Town Commission, Sal Ramos, Joseph McMullen, Michael Satterfield, Mayor Shane Taylor and Kris Keller were honored to participate in the service.
Catherine Ward and John Ward organized the Memorial Day service at Oakland Cemetery.
Oakland's Andrea Huneycutt put an American flag by the grave of Julian Cravens Boyd, who died Jan. 20, 1935.
As a Texas native, Huneycutt took a moment to pay her respects to the Cravens Boyd, a veteran buried at Oakland Cemetery who also was from Texas.
"I love this town," Huneycutt said. "I love that our community is able to come together like this to honor our local veterans."
Huneycutt joined dozens of other Oakland residents and at least seven Scouts BSA troops and packs from Oakland, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Horizon West and Orlando during a Memorial Day service Monday, May 26, at Oakland Cemetery.
John Ward, an Oakland native, organized the service to honor local veterans buried in the cemetery.
"I'm always excited we can have a chance to make a difference and bring awareness to the all the men and women who are serving in the military," Ward said. "We understand the impact of their service and the affects war can have on the men and women serving as well as their families and children."
The group walked together through the cemetery to put an American flag at the graves of each of the more than 70 veterans buried in Oakland Cemetery.
