That One Spot will be closing its doors in Ocoee Sunday, Oct. 26.

Owner Roy Hall said the restaurant wasn't able to "work things out with the landlord," and the lease for the location at 10968 W. Colonial Drive in Ocoee ends Thursday, Oct. 30.

Hall said he is looking for a new location within the area and hopes he can reopen somewhere within the next two months.

"It takes a little while to get inspected and all that to be ready," he said. "If it's a new construction, then it will take a little bit longer, but right now, we're looking for a second-generation restaurant so profits can be much quicker.

Hall said he appreciates the community support.

"I've been here for over 13 years, and this community has been very good to us so I really appreciate that," he said.
