Sink hole in Ocoee causes road closure

E. Crown Point Road, Winter Garden is closed both ways due to a sink hole.

Ocoee was faced with heavy rain on the night of Sunday, Oct. 26.

The storm brought over 4 inches of rain and caused a sink hole to open at E. Crown Point Road, just north of E. Fullers Cross Road.

The road now is closed until repairs can be made.

Traffic is being detoured to E. Fullers Cross Road and to Ocoee Apopka Road.

Drive carefully in the area as Public Works crews work to stabilize and repair the road.
