West Orange Foundation to host Industry Exploration Expo for children

The West Orange Foundation is hosting a fun, hands-on industry exploration exposition for children Thursday, April 25. 

From 9 a.m. to noon, students will have the opportunity to learn about different career paths through hands-on, interactive activities, at Southern Hill Farms. 

This is a free, outdoor, family-friendly event to celebrate Take Your Child to Work Day. 

"This interactive experience includes local businesses from the trades, healthcare, technology and service industries bringing their work to life through hands-on activities designed specifically for students," the press release said. "Rather than simply learning about careers, attendees will have the opportunity to experience them — sparking curiosity, building confidence and helping them begin to imagine their future."
